Shipping policy

Order Processing

Please Allow up to 2 business days to process your order, We are open all year round but only ship items monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Once your order has been despatched you will receive notification from us and if possible tracking details will also be supplied. 

Collection

Collections are permitted, but only during operating hours between Monday & Friday, a time must be agreed upon with both parties this can be arranged by emailing info@bellwoven.co.uk.

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 2 days of ordered being placed, For customers in the UK we are using Royal Mail tracked (24hr / 48hr), we also reserve the right to send items on a courier service 24hr /48hr, our current service providers are FedEx & UPS. 

Domestic Shipping

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. We have found that tracked shipping offers more confidence to our customers, so currently this is the only option available for orders over a certain amount, activate our free postage policy in the UK only.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the most countries: unless they are under sanctions. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any international shipment if we feel that sending items violates any regulations set out by any government restrictions. Delivery times vary for each individual country. Delays can be expected with international shipments due to customs and import issues. From international shipments we provide full details when sending our items of the contents and the buyers, So please make sure all contact information and other details are correct. trim warehouse accept no responsibility for items stuck in customs due to insufficient contact information.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Trim Warehouse is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds returns and exchanges are accepted. please revert to out Returns policy statement.
